Thanks to economic globalization and integration, Chinese enterprises haveachieved great development with the support of government and help of marketeconomy. The constant expand of enterprise scale and business scope has broughtmuch economic profits. Meanwhile, the problem that enterprise organizationstructure does not suit enterprise development has been exposed. Thirdly, the author put forward the dissipativestructure model of Ludian Electric Power Group Co. organization structureoptimization on the basis of analyzing organization structure efficiency factors.And the author formulated the specific Ludian Electric Power Group Co.organization structure optimization design from the perspective of organizationframework and organization system. Finally, the author put forward the safeguardmeasures of Ludian Electric Power Group Co. organization structure optimizationdesign to ensure its smooth implementation.
