The Analysis On Industrial Structure In Wulanchabu City

Since the 1990s,economic structure adjustment has become trend of globalization. With the continuous growth of Chinese economy, the structure contradiction, which has become the bottleneck to restrict our country's economic growth, is getting more and more outstanding. Therefore, the economic structure adjustment has become an overall significant strategy in our country and it has also become a main theme of China's development in the new century.Wulanchabu city of Inner Mongolia, located in the northern border, has made considerable progress in the economic development in recent years,at the same time, the contradiction between the excessively quick economic growth and industrial structure has also been prominent day by day in the developing process. Although It is not very clear that the backward industrial structure has a serious restriction to the economic development, all sorts of negative effects can be seen, which restricted the social economic better and faster development. Judging from the economic growth situation, Wulanchabu city is in the initial stage of the industrialization development process. The proportion of primary industry is relatively too large. Specific weight of the secondary industry has exceeded the primary industry in area total output value, but the internal structure level is low and so is the tertiary industry. The contribution of the secondary and the tertiary industry to the economic development is deficient, and industrial structure and economic development can not interact positively. Economic development mainly depends on resources and investment, and the internal potential has not been tapped. Once the above-mentioned factors (resources and investment) change, economic development is very likely to backtrack. On the one hand, in order to consolidate the existing results of economic development and not to cause the big relapse in the developing, it is imperative to adjust the industrial structure; On the other hand, the adjustment is an effective way to change only GDP's theory, it is also an effective way to impel Wulanchabu city economic development better and faster.This paper is taking up three aspects. part I—mainly make the synopsis to the industrial structure theory, serving as the theoretical base for the behind work; part II—make the comparative analysis on the industrial structure evolution process in Wulanchabu and the present situation from vertical and horizontal directions, pointing out the problem and insufficiency; part III—according to ex-segment, point out the directive principle and the breakthrough point of promoting an excellent industrial structure, at the same time, bring forward the adjustment key and specific measures.
