The Countermeasures Research Of Improving The Ability Of Self-innovation For China's Small And Medium Enterprises

To enhance the capability of independent innovation is the core force to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and to drive the economic development of enterprises. Enhancing their capability of independent innovation, building an innovation-oriented country is prerequisite and guarantee of the national development strategy and it is the key to improve comprehensive national strength. Only the road of independent innovation must enterprises insist on for the sake of maintaining fast and coordinated development of the national economy.Since reform and opening up, the rapid development of SMEs has been constantly strengthened in the status and role of the national economy and social development. In nearly 30 years of development, SMEs are experiencing from the "counterfeit" to "manufacturing" process. In order to access to be "self-created" state, we must improve the capability of independent innovation of SMEs.In this paper, to improve the capability of independent innovation of SMEs and the significance of the concept elaborated on the basis of further analysis of features and the status of the main problems of China's independent innovation capacity of SMEs, and drawing on the advanced experience of the large domestic enterprises and foreign SMEs, it proposed the basic ideas and suggestions for China's SMEs to improve the capability of independent innovation. It will be helpful for improving the capability of independent innovation of SMEs.The full text is divided into four major parts altogether:Firstly, the concept and basis of self-innovation ability for SMEs;Secondly, the current situation and main problems of enhancing self-innovation ability for SMEs in China;Thirdly, the experiences from domestic and abroad of improving self-innovation ability for China's SMEs;Fourthly,the basic ideas and measures of improving self-innovation ability for China's SMEs.
