Analyzed the status quo and development direction of part of the developed countries and provide reference on the course of the development of China's decoration. Introduced our country status quo of development decoration, analyzed the problems that exist and the basic reason for the problem. Comparative and analysis the difference between Chinese and foreign decorations. In the end, giving our country the development of decorative direction and goals.Through market research form analysised the competitive environment by using SWOT law and Porter's theory of building decoration industry in Jiangsu Province can point that inter-industry strengths, opportunities and weaknesses, threats coexist and the existing competition between enterprises in the strength, low access for industry , little threat for alternative services, material suppliers do not have a strong bargaining power and the bargaining power of consumers has been greatly increased. Therefore it is necessary to change the past enterprise strategy, raise the technology and get much more profits.Based on survey of consumers'demanding in Jiangsu Province pointed that consumers know low architectural style and only 25.3 percent .Having used decoration factory was 3.4% of the total number of surveys, most of people holding wait-and-see attitudes.The reason that people do not be familiar with the decorative was 37.7 percent, next were economic problems. The acceptable price was 800-1000 / m2.The majority of consumers choose general decoration enterprises during decoration and only 7.5 percent of consumers choose the road guerrillas.87 percent of consumers pay attention to the brand , 75.3 percent of consumers like to choose product and integrated component, The experience of decoration, educational level, economic level will influence the choice of Decoration Industrialization.Aiming for the delay of the current building modulus, the low level of architecture material and components industrialization, serialization and scale coating system are not yet, then benefit from the experience from foreign countries , qualitative analysis and dissuasion are used in this paper ,puts forward the policy system of promoting our province's decoration industrialization, so do the practicing system, to provide evidence for government and enterprises to make decision .
