In the final analysis,the competition between modern enterprises is the competition of talents.Staff training is particularly important in the increasingly fierce modern competition.It has become one of the most critical factors for enterprises to win competitive advantages and achieve success.With the rise of the prefabricated decoration industry,the training of prefabricated decoration workers has become a key concern for decoration companies.On the one hand,prefabricated decoration is a trend of social development,industry change,and industrial renewal.On the other hand,the existing level of prefabricated decoration workers' skills do not match the enterprise training system.Therefore,the improvement of the prefabricated decoration training system is of significance.Larger.The thesis takes the LCZS Group as the research object,using human capital,training models,general training and other theories to analyze the current situation of the industry,corporate profile,current situation,etc.,using questionnaire surveys and interviews,market research and other methods to analyze the current LCZS Group's current There are problems with the training methods,including irrational training courses,inadequate professional certification systems,disconnected training institutions and enterprises,lack of communication between designers and construction staff,etc.,and then a new training system is designed to address these issues.First,training needs analysis,Analyzed the necessity of improving the assembly decoration training system of LCZS Group from the level of enterprise,work and personnel;followed by designing training programs,improving from the aspects of training courses,training teachers and training locations;then improving training methods,The four methods of classification and classification,on-the-job practice,self-learning,and off-the-job training are used to carry out assembly decoration worker training.Finally,an evaluation mechanism is established to evaluate and feedback the training effect.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the new training system,specific implementation guarantees were proposed in combination with the content of the training system,includingorganizational guarantee,corporate culture guarantee,incentive guarantee,human resource guarantee,and fund guarantee.The research in the thesis helps LCZS Group to improve the decoration worker training system,stimulate the demand for vocational training,essentially improve the effect of vocational training for assembly decoration workers,and provide a certain idea for the training system construction of assembly decoration enterprises.
