Study On Performance Evaluation Of Supply Chain Based On Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises Of China

The development of modern correspondence and information technology impels the process of economic globalization and accelerates the speed of industrialization. The competition between supply chains becomes the underpin force of motor industry market. The competition between enterprises gradually develops into that between core enterprises supply chains, which impels the changes of management system and function model.The manufacturing enterprise supply chain is that which has many hierarchical nodes, complicated interior procedures and integrated supply chain. The development of nodes enterprises in the supply chain will influence the whole development of motor industry. The manufacturing enterprise supply chain's performance also has influence to the performance of node enterprises. So, reviewing the performance of motor industry enterprises should not only be established in certain hierarchy or core enterprise but also the whole industry.Performance evaluation system based on the manufacturing enterprise supply chain makes for conquering the limitation that people consider just from the angle of themselves, avoiding myopia behavior in the development. It also builds up performance benchmarking standard for micro-enterprises and will make for the sustaining and healthy development in long term.This thesis based on the motor enterprise supply chain and the influencing factor on performance of motor enterprise supply chain from the visions of industries, competitors, customer relationship, procedure process, company relationship and organization frame analyses the factors inside and outside which influences the performance of motor enterprises. It wants to grasp the influencing factor from the whole. During choosing of indexes, this thesis uses principal component analysis and grey relational analysis which accords to the trait of motor enterprise supply chain to build up performance evaluation system. In the end it will achieve the aim of correct evaluating the performance of the motor enterprise supply chain.
