By more than 300,000 people tour comprised of the team, not in terms of volume, but its significance is not small. The quality of tour performance, which decided the visitor satisfaction and the quality of tourism services level form the small, and affected the countries or a city's image form the large. Therefore, it is said that the tour guides is the soul of the tour, and the tourism's windows.Since reform and opening up, China's tourism industry showed strong growth momentum, the world has been made brilliant achievements. However, the quality of tourism services has become China's tourism industry ills in the tourist process, in the special nature of the tourism ,tour guides is the core of the tourism services which decided to travel agents Tourism in the main reception work, guided tours have a direct impact on the quality of the tourism service quality. In recent years, many scholars and domestic industry guides to how to improve the quality of personnel and strengthen the management of the tour guides as the focus of its research and put forward many valuable viewpoints, in the tourism management practices play a certain role, but tourism market the unhealthy phenomenon shows that the Chinese tour guides management still exist a lot of problems, but also to the great efforts of non-rectification level. According to a survey understanding of the overall quality of tour guides and worsening living environment, some of the potential conflicts and deep-seated problems, has seriously hindered the healthy development of China's tourism industry.Guides Burnout is the result of many contradictions pool, on the one hand guides should invest a lot of time, physical, mental, on the other hand, due to various reasons, a lot of our tour guides not only didn't access to the expected return in the physical , but also sentenced the focus of various contradictions and conflicts, thus easily lead to frustration and, ultimately, to emotional and behavioral performance, such as the dysfunctional, and ultimately produce occupational burnout. Currently guides have become a high rate of occupational burnout crowd, many lost interest in professional guides, career achievement dilute their occupation of the value and significance of feeling passive, long-term development, not only affect the building of the contingent of tour guides and travel agencies in the normal operations but also the whole tour industry and the tourism industry have an inestimable loss.Based on the occupational burnout of the definition and characteristics of the analysis leads to the current guides the emerging phenomenon of burnout and occupational hazards, based on this analysis guides the cause burnout, and make tourism administrative departments and travel agencies, tour guides in the Management should take the feasibility of observations and recommendations, the fundamental reform of the tour guides do not sound management system, payroll system and the guided tour guides occupation mechanism, and promote talent structure guide the rational allocation from the source eliminate occupational burnout phenomenon of the tour industry sustained and healthy development.
