Organizational socialization has been defined as the process by which an individual acquires the attitudes, behavior, and knowledge needed to participate as an organizational member. It is a process that involves both the organization and the employee - with an ultimate outcome being mutual acceptance. In present China, Social structure adjustment and Higher Education System Reform have great influence on college graduates (graduate student). The understanding of college student in society has changed a lot as well as the self-localization of college students. It's valuable to investigate the organizational socialization process of graduate students who had no experience to enter society.This research aims to inquire the adaptation process that graduating students meet the demands of new post. Qualitative research is used to analysis the process of Organizational socialization. In-depth interview, the observation as well as unofficial conversation are taken to 4 graduating students to comprehensively understood their organization socialization process, and this process is recorded with a kind of real and exhaustive way, The Nvivo 8 developed by the QSR international corporation is used to arrange, classify and code the material collected. Finally, the organizational socialization process of graduating students is organized by five parts: the new staffs expectation and the dropt, the concept of job, the culture adapts, the role transformation as well as the pressure and supports five parts.Four parts constitute this thesis. First, studies background is introduced in detail, including the influences of high education reform and the progress of organizational socialization research; Then in the second part the research process is introduced, In this part ,I elaborate four research questions: presentation of questions, the reasons of using qualitative research, the research implementation as well as the selection of research subjects; The third part is the key point in which I organize sujects' story with key codes which are the analysis results of Nvivo 8; The fourth part is researcher's consideration and introspection.
