| Agriculture industrialization is an agricultural operating system. Agriculture industrialization operation in China began in the early 1990s and extended very rapidly throughout China in the mid-1990s, showing great vitality for further development. It has become another important reform of rural operating system following the rural household responsibility system and brought profound changes for the development of agriculture in China. But in practice some districts were anxious for success. They were single-faceted pursuit of formalization, so did not achieve the desired results. In the final analysis, it is the problem that they did not grasp the formation mechanism of agriculture industrialization. This thesis applies of the achievements of new-institution economics, analyses the factors that influence the supply and demand of the formation mechanism of agriculture industrialization, and studies on the organization mode how to evolve.This thesis comprises five parts. The first part shows the significance of the research, the home and abroad current situation of the research and the methods of the research. The second part expounds the theory of institution change, including the supply and demand, equilibration and out of equilibration finstitution and institution change theory. The third part generalizes agriculture industrialization and introduces the background, connotation and characteristics. The fourth part applies supply-demand canonical form to dwell on the factors the factors that influence the supply and demand of the formation mechanism of agriculture industrialization, and put forward some proposals that accelerate to build the institution. The fifth part studies on agriculture industrialization organization mode, and choose top-enterprise mode,intermediary organization mode and cooperative mode as target, and analyze these three modes institution connotation and characterize and the intrinsic evolution relationship between them. |
