With the economy developing, the talent is intensively turning over, which is not only the special problem for national or private corporate, also, foreign-funded enterprises are running into this situation.Six parts are included in this article, which is started from the turnover analysis on background and significance in the foreign-funded enterprises, brushed their development steps in China, then put forward that turnover is the bottle neck for future development in China. In the article3, introduced the situation of turnover in various corporate, and in article4, combined with the typical case of X co. ltd, analyzed the turnover effect on foreign-funded corporate and got the causes through deeper views on employee characters, corporate features, management model and management system. Then in article5, points out the necessary measures to solve this issue, including setup the proper principle and comprehensive value on human resource, resolve the high rate of turnover in the employment beginning, melt hr development into corporate growing, make multi-career design to absorb excellent ones, better strengthen the continual management of knowledge assets and information management, integrate with local culture, build the real corporate culture and so on. In the last article, generalize the talent turnover, with her own conclusion and ideas:employee turnover is the most important condition and system on labor distribution and reassignment.What the managers shall do is.to carry out some necessary preventive measures then control the turnover within a reasonable level.
