More and more enterprises take China as the manufacture center because of the economy globalization. Since that, the product quality which made in China has been addressed. I'm responsible for the Lincoln (US) supplier quality management in China area.In this thesis, firstly talk about the quality management theory. Take one problem which happened in my job as sample, investigate and analysis to get the root cause. Train supplier about related SPC,FMEA,MSA and document control and also do samples together with supplier. Finally get quality improvement obviously according to the related KPI. It shows the action is valid.
