With the rapid increasing housing prices, to solve the problem of housing for the low-income is not only economic issue, but also political issue. In order to solve this problem, a very important aspect is to establish a housing financing system for the low-income, and enable them loan at low cost.The thesis abides by institutional approach, comparative analysis and other methods to the analysis of the theme, which mainly concern as following: at first, analyzing the basic concepts, theories and existing research. The second, analyzing the housing financial market deficiencies, especially analyzing low -income housing in the financing difficulties. The third, analyzing the existing housing finance for the low-income. The forth, learning from the experience which other countries resolve the housing financial problem for the low-income. And finally, designing the housing finance system for the low-income in China on the basement of the above analysis.The basic conclusion of this paper is: compared to the models of depositing financial line and the capital market line , direct-line and lease line models suit for the financing characteristic of low-income housing. considering the present situation of China, the low-income housing financial policy should be established with the systems mainly including policy finance, supplemented by the housing finance system. |
