But due to the lack of qualified trainers and there's no clear understanding about the competency of this role, many people who were not supposed to become experietial trainers have joined this industry, which has caused a great lost on training resources, and may endanger the survival and development of the whole industry. They are achievement orientation, initiative, interpersonal understanding, custom service orientation, impact others, relationship building, stick to principles, self-control, self-confidence, flexibility, conscientiousness, learning capacity, vocational interest, toughness, innovation. And then lauched a survey with sef-edited E-questionnaire to explore the structure of fifteen competency characteristics. Six dimentions were identified based on exploratory factor analysis. They are traits of achievement, personal effectiveness, interpersonal influences, service orientation, vocational interest, innovation. This research compared trainers of different demographics in the six dimentions. And it also discussed the application of the model to trainers'recruiting and selecting.
