Through years of development Experiential Learning has become a kind of educational idea and learning mode. Different from ordinary teaching mode, it is well recognized by the society. Experiential training is developing rapidly and gradually being accepted by people at home. The teaching level of the experiential training instructors for the training effect is obvious, while the experiential training instructors’competence decides the training effect. The lecturer’s level is uneven, which may make the training institutions and customer waste a lot of time and money, not creating good performance and training effect. This thesis aims to create experiential training instructor competency model, hoping that through research results, some references will be provided for the recruitment, training, performance evaluation and incentives of the experiential training instructor.By researching the event interview data the behaviors of the outstanding performer and the ordinary performer were recognized. The14significant differences in competence characteristics were respectively achievement orientation, service spirit, monitoring ability, flexibility, influence ability, initiative, human understanding ability, organization consciousness, relationship building, confidence, cooperation spirit, career interests, ability to learn, and responsibility.Through the questionnaire survey of the14competence characteristics,37subjects were identified as a questionnaire final project by the exploratory factor analysis,7factors extracted forcibly as experiential trainer’s competency dimensions. They were respectively innovation, self-efficacy, customer service, career interests, interpersonal relationship, safety consciousness, team cooperation.After the comparison between the data analysis and demographic variable, the conclusions are as follows:(1) Women have more "career interests" than men in the evaluation of the experiential trainer competence factors.(2) Different age groups and different work-years group have significant differences in "innovation","self-efficacy","safety consciousness" and "team cooperation ". The instructors with different work years have great differences in the "customer service","career interests" and "interpersonal relationship". The total variation trend of the two demographic variables is that the competence level increases with the age and work exercises added.(3) Full-time and guest trainers attach greater importance than full-time guest trainers to "innovation","team cooperation" in working type.
