Studies On The Development And Countermeasures Of Livestock Products Logistics In Inner Mongolia

In recent years, with the continuously development of stockbreeding in Inner Mongolia, the problem of relative undeveloped livestock products logistics appeared. It is failed to transport livestock product efficiently, low-lossy, timely to the final consumers for undeveloped logistics, so that, the majority of livestock products can not be achieved "smooth flow of goods" and "best value". Therefore, it is a practical problem to develop the livestock products logistics in Inner Mongolia. This thesis discusses feasible developing model and countermeasures of livestock products logistics in Inner Mongolia based on the theory of modern logistics. Firstly, this thesis analyzes basic concepts and traits of logistics and livestock products logistics, contrasts the foreign experience of development of livestock products logistics, describes the advantages and existence of livestock products logistics in Inner Mongolia, researches current problems of livestock products logistics in Inner Mongolia. Secondly, the theses discusses its basic principle and the targets to development, try to establish the system of livestock Products logistics in Inner Mongolia, and gives six models to fitting to the region. The six models are respectively, leading business model, wholesale market model, dominant model of agricultural intermediary organizations, the third-party logistics model; logistics centre model and the electronic virtual supply chain model. In conclusion, offering the countermeasures on how to develop livestock products logistics in Inner Mongolia have been advanced.
