Research On Logistics System Construction Of Agricultural Products Of Liaoning Province

Modern logistics system of agricultural products is the focus of circulation research on agricultural products and an important part of the circulation modernization of agricultural products, which has important strategic significance for the development of modern agriculture. Liaoning Province is a major agricultural province, with agriculture extremely rich, producing a large scale and variety, but the agricultural products logistics in Liaoning Province is relatively backward, lower level of the market and higher logistics cost. Farmers do not really enjoy the value addition of agricultural products brought by circulation of agricultural products. Many agricultural products suffer from a large number of poor sales and logistics process losses. Therefore, it is the urgent need to build a modern logistics system of agricultural products of Liaoning Province.Drawing on the existing agricultural logistics results and cutting-edge theory, This article aims to build a more comprehensive logistics system of agricultural products of Liaoning Province, so as to promote agricultural development in Liaoning Province, to maximize the market scope of agricultural products of Liaoning Province both domestically and internationally, to achieve agricultural products " smooth flow of goods " and effectively increase the income of peasants. First, based on the in-depth study of relevant logistics theory of agricultural products and combined with the status of agricultural products logistics of Liaoning Province, several problems are analyzed in the process of development of agricultural products logistics in Liaoning Province, such as:the weak entities of agricultural products logistics, sluggish logistics channels, the low level of logistics informationization and the lagging behind of cold chain logistics development, in which the weak logistics entities and poor logistics channel restrict the development of agricultural products logistics system in Liaoning Province mostly. Therefore, to strengthen the logistics entities and expand the channels of agricultural product logistics as the main consideration, this article presents the building ideas of agricultural product logistics system of Liaoning Province composed of logistics entities, logistics channels and relevant security system. Then, the paper carries specific construction research for logistics entities and logistics channels of agricultural products of Liaoning Province, analyzes the main limitations in the development process of agricultural products logistics of Liaoning Province, and make a focus study on the Alliance of logistics entities by using game theory research methods. This paper analyzes the existing logistics channels of agricultural products in Liaoning Province, and gives the perfecting proposal of logistics channels that Liaoning Province should develop less links, multi-channel model of logistics channels. The development of logistics channel model of Farmers & Supermarket Docking should be accelerated, and the concrete examples are given of Farmers & Supermarket Docking mode-Wal-Mart Direct Purchases of Agricultural Products in Dalian. Finally, the relevant security system of agricultural products logistics in Liaoning Province are given, which specifically including infrastructure protection, policy support, technical support and logistics information platform.
