Research On The Spatial Structure Optimization Of Urban Tourism

Under the general background of tourism urbanization, the optimization of urban spatial structure has become one of the research focuses among scholars home and abroad. This thesis, based on some fundamental principles and researching approaches of touristics, urban geography, urban planning and regional economics, offers an insight into the theoretical issues of the spatial structure of urban tourism. An empirical study on the spatial structure of Changsha city is conducted. This thesis contains four chapters:The first chapter is to introduce the research background, in which the literature is reviewed and the research significance, research train of thoughts, research approach and innovations are mentionedThe second chapter is to analyze the characteristics of spatial structure of urban tourism, in which some basic concepts and theories are clarified, in which elements of spatial structure of urban tourism are abstracted.The third chapter is to elaborate the channels of optimizing the spatial structure of urban tourism from the angle of policy making, direct investment and infrastructure facilities, in which the idea, based on the analysis of influencing factors upon the evolution of spatial structure of urban tourism, which different models come with different developmental stages, is put forward; in which the connotation of optimization is elaborated and the mechanism of spatial structure optimization is analyzed.The fourth chapter is to make an empirical study of optimization of spatial structure of Changsha city, in which the evolution of the tourism spatial structure of Changsha is probed and the current situation is also assessed; in which some Countermeasures of optimizing spatial structure of urban tourism is put forward, spatial framework optimization and core optimization are emphasized to position the spatial development of tourism of Changsha.
