In the 21st century,enterprises from all countries will be confronted with the unexpected fact that a saturated world market is developed.As new industrialized countries grow up one after another,modern manufacture technology and operational ways of manufacture have been innovated unceasingly,the competition of international market focuses on the four basic factors of quality,cost,delivery time and the R&D of new products.The above four factors lie on the manufacture way and efficiency of enterprises.The terrible phenomena such as storage, low efficiency of human resources,materiel,time,space,handling and waste caused by the traditional mass-production bother the entrepreneurs a lot.The thesis is based on the above background.Starting from the thorough and painstaking analysis of the manufacture process of the GB Company,it evaluates the performance of the present manufacture logistics of the company with a balanced scorecard and the performance evaluation tool of the manufacture system,finding out the key problems in manufacture logistics.In order to achieve a much lower storage,to eliminate waste,to improve productivity and to enhance the capability of meeting an emergency in the market,it boldly introduces advanced thinking of lean production,changes the original "push" production and the traditional notion of manufacture and implements order-driven and order-to-requirement JIT production system;it uses a value-flow analysis to identify waste through the "pull" production system to guarantee "the right quantity and the right time" production purposes;it makes use of billboards management tools to synchronize production performance of different production sectors,achieving their best,that is,"JIT receiving","JIT Transit","JIT production",and completely eliminating invalid labor and waste;To ensure" the right quantity and the right time " production,it adapts synchronized production and balanced production.To quickly respond to market demand,it puts forward flexible production.To achieve "one flow" in lean production, reasonable equipment layout and versatile technological workers are a must.Combined with Business Process Reengineering theory,putting forward the new mode of production logistics process comes before the optimized implementation scheme of production logistics management.Then,production,planning,process,preparation and equipment are the last steps to guarantee the efficient implementation of GB's manufacture.
