In the entire operating costs of S salt company, the logistics cost accounts for a large proportion, therefore, logistics can provide effective economic support for S salt company, and the logistics condition directly determines the operating conditions and development prospects of S salt industry. With the continuous strengthening of S salt company logistics, it needs to reform the existing organizational structure and management methods, adjust the logistics process of S salt company, reduce the redundant logistics link, improve logistics efficiency, so that the overall logistics cost is minimal. Then it proposes the Five Stages of Logistics Process Reengineering Model based on different process reengineering theory, which is proposed by Hammer, Peppard, Roland and the other foreign scholars, and the actual situation of the s salt company. The model is applied to S salt company logistics process reengineering implementation, and estimates the benefits whit logistics process reengineering. Finally, the article provides some suggestions about the adjustment of the S salt company.
