Studies On Organizational Patterns Of Agricultural Industrialization In Nanning City

This is a special subject study on organizational patterns of agricultural industrialization in Nanning City. Basing on the theory and practice analysis of organizational patterns of agricultural industrialization both at home and abroad, systematically, the author expounds its connotation, essence and historical background, makes a national-contrast among different organizational patterns of agricultural industrialization, and gives out clearly the theory basis for it. He also analyzes the current situations of organizational patterns of agricultural industrialization in Nanning, as well as its advantages for development and the affecting elements. At last, he sums up the guide ideas of organizational patterns of agricultural industrialization, and makes up strategies and measures which will promote the organizational patterns of agricultural industrialization to a high- effective development.Several main ideas will be seen in this paper as follows: First, to extend each of the successful organizational patterns of agricultural industrialization successfully, we should consider its relationship with local economic growth degree, with conditions of resource, with the levels of understanding and so on. The organizational patterns will develop following the progress of productivity and the change of production relations. When choosing a good organizational pattern, we shouldn't accept and imitate blindly ,but draw lessons mutually .Second, organizational patterns of agricultural industrialization are based on such theories: the innovations of organization and the changes of system, the division and cooperation, the benefit gravitation, the large-scale economy and parallel beneficial results.Third, the general idea of choosing a suitable organizational pattern of industrialized agriculture in Nanning is, that establishing a large-scale, characteristics, bases, technological, scientific, brand of industrial management of agriculture model. It is necessary to focus on the five principles: (1)mutual benefit and win-win multi-; (2)guide of the government with the voluntarily choices of farmers; (3)following with the laws of market; (4) a variety of models coexist according to local conditions; (5)the Sci-tech assistance and cultivation of brand.Forth, the "faucet enterprise- peasant" pattern can be applied in all urban areas and Counties of Nanning; the market-driven pattern can be applied in areas such as Xingning, Qingxiu, Xixiangtang, Liangqing as well as the Wuming county, Heng county and Shanglin county; the cooperative organizations-driven pattern can be applied in counties such as Wuming, Heng, Shanglin, Long'an, Mashan, and the Yongning area; Leading factor-driven pattern should beapplied in these counties such as Wuming, Heng, Long'an, Mashan, Binyang and Shanglin.Fifth, to promote the industrialization of agriculture in Nanning City, the following strategies and measures should be taken: the emancipation of mind and deepening the awareness on development of agricultural industrialization; the building of leading enterprises, to enhance the capacity of radiation driven; cultivation of leading industries with regional characteristics based on local advantages; following the laws of market and improving the mechanism for connecting a variety of economic interests; the founding of a social service system, which is focus on technology, information, materials and market; optimization of the policy environment, and the implementation of supporting policies to promote industrialization of agriculture; the transformation of government functions and implementation of a leadership-responsibility system.
