Research On Present Condition And Policy-Making Suggestions For Development Of Guangxi State Farms Industrial Zones

With the development of China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone and Pan-pearl River Delta Economic Circle, as the permanent venue for China-ASEAN Expo, Guangxi is encountering with unprecedented opportunities.By employing regional economics and development economics, this thesis analyzed the economy development background and current situation of Guangxi State Farms Bureau (GSFB) industrial zone, and then pointed out some primary problems during the GSFB economy development, such as economy discrepancy among difference industrial quarters, weak influence of enterprises which newly entered, industry gradation lowness, weak infrastructure, environmental problem outburst, et al. We then explored the issue that how to take advantage of the scarce historical opportunity and realize the sustainable development of GSFB. Based on the theoretical analyses, we gave our suggestion on how to organize GSFB's structure, how to build GSFB's economy adjustment s and controls system, how to constitute GSFB's economy law system and how to build economy information system. Finally, we focused on how to strengthen organizational leadership, establish of the economic development performance appraisal system and strengthen the park's economic operation mechanism innovation, constantly meet the needs of economic development in the park, strive for regional and local as well as the support of all sectors of society, strengthen the building of party style political wind, intensify fighting corruption and upholding integrity, raise the visibility of Guangxi state farms, such as protection of industrial parks economic operation mechanism efficient functioning.
