Study On Status And Countermeasure Of Professional Talent Team Reconstruction In State Forst Farms

13 state forest farms in Guangxi play important role in ecological reconstruction and economic development. Guangxi state forest farms are the mainstays in forestry reconstruction in Guangxi and constructing the national demonstration area of ecological civilization and forestry strong area, which play important role in protecting ecology and people’s livelihood and play an exemplary role in improving ecology, cultivating resources and promote the regional economic development. In order to achieve the changes from traditional forestry to modern forestry, from single wood production to preference of ecological reconstruction, it is the key to develop and train a group of talent with abundant quantity, reasonable structure and high comprehensive quality in Guangxi state forest farms. It is important to study how to improve the professional talent team reconstruction in Guangxi state forest farms to forestry development of Guangxi.By consulting a lot of materials and applying investigation, interview and questionnaire survey to survey the status of professional talent team in 13 state forest farms, the status, existing problems and reasons were understood and analyzed. Recently, the total professional talent increased quickly. The professional talent scale enlarged annually. The age structure showed normal distribution. Degree structure developed along the reasonable direction with more and more high-educated personnel. The study showed that the main problems in professional talent team reconstruction in Guangxi state forest farms were that the less total of talent and lower diathesis of talent than aim which was provided in Twelfth Five-year Program of National Forestry Talent Development, better talent structure, unbalanced regional distribution, important outflow, and insufficient development in talent role and potential. The reasons came from a lot of aspects, the mains of which were that recognition was not in the place, less importance, insufficient fund, less opportunities for further education, lagging training, weakening of forestry talent policy response, unsmooth and imperfect system, and special problems in state forest farms such as hard life, low pay and difficulty in education of children.According to the requests on expansion of talent total, promotion of talent quality, optimization of talent structure and adjustment of talent layout, using for reference of successful experience from national and international talent team reconstruction in agriculture and forestry, countermeasures such as updating conception, strengthening lead, train and further education, increasing the input of talent training, smoothing and innovating system, adjusting and bettering talent structure, developing the role of existing talent fully, and accelerating the reform deeply and pace of own development were provided in professional talent team reconstruction of Guangxi state forest farms.
