Research On Present Condition And Policy-making Suggestions For Development Of Jiangxi Provincial Industrial Zones

Industrial zones refer to the particular environment created by governments or enterprises, aiming to reach the goal of industrial development. And the purpose is to attract investments to new industry, to form industry clusters and to alleviate the industrial pressure on the central city. Since entering the new century, Jiangxi Provincial party Committee and Provincial government have proposed a development strategy: focusing on industrial zones. However, because of the weak foundation, incompetent cooperative ability, at present, there are few outstanding and originally existing enterprises in various industrial zones of Jiangxi. What's more, it is difficult to form industrial chain, for there lacks cooperative competence between enterprises. Moreover, the government doesn't offer active and effective guidance to form the phenomenon of industrial clusters. Therefore, we need to reinforce the theoretical research and try to make improvements through summarizing in practice.The first part: illustrating the internal relationship between industry zone and industry clusters and government's effect on industrial zone to point out that the core competence of industrial zone is industry clusters by means of theoretically analyzing about the basic definition of industrial zones, competitive competence of area industry, industrial zones, industrial clusters , government's functions and so on.The second part: studying the present condition of industrial zones development and the problems existing in ways of analyzing Jiangxi industrial zone's delimitation and classification, the development history and current situation and the contribution to Jiangxi economic development and so on.The third part: from the view of policy-making ,putting forward that In order to develop Jiangxi provincial industrial zones, we should choose the proper development pattern according to different situations. And the government ought to play an important role in constructing local special industrial zones so as to strengthen the development plan and development trend of industrial zones.
