Power generating equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic national priority development sectors, as a relationship between the country's political, economic security and livelihood of the pillars of national industries, on behalf of a country's economic strength, take the development of the national economic security role. The intensification of global economic integration effects our China's economy further while the power generation equipment manufacturing industry is not an exception. Technical level of enterprises and quality of product are also very important but all of these factors are the first step into the competitive market. The world has entered the era of brand competition and the market has begun to move closer to the brand, the brand is the key to victory. The competitiveness of their products and enterprises, the ultimate embodiment of the brand's competitiveness on China's enterprises in the fierce competition are no longer the lack of yield advantage, while the lack of brand competitive edge. Therefore, in-depth study on China's power generating equipment manufacturing brand competitiveness of the importance and value of self-explanatory. With the clearance of conception on brand competitiveness and its economic definition in the article, it has analyzed each factor which influenced brand competitiveness and their mutual effective relationship. At enterprise's view point, it has included these factors and made up the comprehensive brand competitiveness' influence factors model. Then with the understanding of the development of domestic and foreign power generation equipment industry, it studied every influence factors to describe the features of brand competitiveness of power generation equipment manufacture enterprises and to find their problems. At the mean time, it probed the causes. Finally, it proposed the suggestions and advices on how to enhance the brand competitiveness of power generation equipment manufacture enterprises. This paper which based on the theory with practice and focused on operation that is significant of power generating equipment manufacturing enterprise marketing management at a certain and of the important reference value to the related businesses.
