The engineering construction bidding is an important stage in the engineering project construction. Therefore, we analysis and study the risk of contractors in bidding stage of engineering construction, it not only be beneficial to improving the risk management consciousness and management standard of the contractors, but also it can be beneficial to perfecting the risk management system of engineering construction further in our country.In this paper, By analyzing in depth realities of every stage in the engineering construction bidding process, we will distinguish out the contractors risk factors and sources in detail in every stage. And we will estimate these risk factors by discussing and applying the methods of Analytical Hierarchy Process, Fuzzy analysis, Decision-making Tree. At the same time, we will suggest the answering measures of the corresponding risk according to the methods of handling the project risk.Finally, basing on the origin that causes to the risk of engineering construction bidding stage in our country at present, we will put forward a proposal improving the work of construction project tender, and taking precautions against or decreasing the relative parties' risk of the tenders.
