How do business enterprises maintain their existences and maintain their developing ability lies on enhancement of comprehensive competitive abilities, among which human resource ranks high as a dominate element. In HRM in business enterprise, the most important issue is how to attract and keep talents. As a result, employees' loyalty management has become one of the most important issues in HRM. Research proved that loyal employees may not only make full use of more chances to study, so as to promote the efficiency of production and service, but also save production cost, which may result in more investment in loyal customer training. Commercial philosophy and running strategy to keep the loyalty and vitality of the employees will produce good result towards training faithful customers. To master the present condition of the employees and the countermeasures to maintain and keep the loyalty, loyalty evaluation has already become one of the most important tasks to maintain and develop human resources.Compared with the collective enterprise or the state-owned enterprise, the employee loyalty training and evaluation of the family enterprise are more difficult and more important. Because in family enterprise there is a typical employer and employee relationship, which is totally different from the master sense of the workers in the state-owned enterprise and the collective enterprise. Based on the differences, with family enterprise to be the research target, we, after careful analysis, worked out by mathematics a loyalty evaluation model to give priority and evaluation to various main elements, which may affect the loyalty of the family enterprise employees. With a belief that mathematic analysis would make HRM more scientific, we try best to expand new field in HRM with combination of quality and quantity, beyond pure word expression and dull figure expression.
