In recent years,the dependence of the development of enterprises on the new generation of employees has been gradually strengthened.How to insight into the characteristics of the new generation of employees,strengthen and improve the targeted educational management methods,on the one hand,to enhance the quality and ability of the new generation of employees,on the other hand,to enhance the attractiveness of enterprises to the new generation of employees.The new generation of employees has experienced the influence of economic and social changes such as reform and opening up,family planning,market economy,higher education enrollment expansion,Internet culture and so on.They have formed distinct personality needs from the previous generation.The research on loyalty of new generation employees is a breakthrough for enterprises to attach importance to the management of new generation employees,a starting point for training new generation employees,and an important prerequisite for the development of new generation employees.Faced with the background of declining labor force and high turnover rate,it is particularly urgent to study the loyalty of the new generation of employees in enterprises to improve their organizational management.This paper takes the new generation employees of L enterprise as the research object.After consulting a large number of domestic and foreign research results,it chooses Maslow's demand theory,two-factor theory and expectation theory as the research basis,and uses the loyalty scale of Meyer and Allen,a Western scholar,to conduct a questionnaire survey on the present situation of L enterprise loyalty,and finds that the new generation loyalty of L enterprise is not optimistic.In view of the problem,I make further analysis on the five factors(salary management,personal development,management system,team leadership and corporate culture)that affect employee loyalty universally recognized by academia,and put forward pertinent suggestions on the strategies to enhance employee loyalty of the new generation,such as further improving salary incentive mechanism,planning smooth career development channels,and innovating managers.Literary system,strong corporate culture and so on.This paper considers that salary is the key factor affecting the loyalty of the new generation of employees;personal development is the urgent need of the new generation of employees,and is also an important prerequisite for the new generation of employees to maintain loyalty to the enterprise;the work on loyalty of the new generation of employees should be carried out as a long-term and systematic work.
