Once,state-owned enterprises were the envy of most people in society.However,with the deepening of the market economy,the intensification of homogenous competition,and the increase in the number of employees 'opportunities to freely choose their careers,the turnover rate of the workforce has remained high.It poses serious challenges to the production and operation of enterprises,the stability of teams,and the work of safe production.There are many factors for staff mobility,such as whether the organization has sustainable development capabilities,whether it has a sound human resources management mechanism,whether it has attractive remuneration and benefits,and whether it has a clear career outlook for employees.The objective analysis of the influencing factors and the corresponding measures are of great significance for reducing the turnover rate of employees,promoting the effective play of human resources,and promoting the healthy development of enterprises.Based on extensive reading of the literature on human resources and improving employee loyalty,this paper combs the factors affecting employee loyalty in enterprises,and puts forward the index system of employee loyalty in state-owned enterprises.The system includes two types of indicators:Enterprise development and employee attention.Taking China petroleum Zhejiang sales company as an example,empirical research was carried out by issuing descriptive statistics and regression analysis.Using the mathematical model to establish the index system of influencing factors of employee loyalty,through the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method,the difference of employee departure rate in different regions is evaluated and analyzed,which has positive guidance for enterprises to formulate targeted measures.According to the questionnaire,empirical analysis and mathematical model,the factors that affect employee loyalty are ranked in the top three in order of sensitivity:salary and welfare,work environment,and corporate atmosphere.According to this,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of improving employee loyalty:establishing a good corporate environment and providing a harmonious working atmosphere for employees;Improve internal talent growth mechanism to provide job promotion space for staff growth;Design a reasonable compensation system to retain people with good treatment;Pay attention to the development of the employee's career and provide clear development orientation for the employee's growth;Strengthen the training work and help the staff to improve their development ability;Broaden the growth space of employees and promote the smooth transformation of identity roles;Shaping people-oriented corporate culture and enhancing corporate cohesion.
