The Study On Diversity Of The Professional Economic Cooperation Organization In The Less Developed Rural Areas

Rural professional Economic Cooperation Organization is an effective organization for peasants in the less developed regions of China because it can help them to participate market competition. Nowadays, Chinese economy is changing from the traditional planned economy to socialist market economy, therefore the development of rural economic cooperation organizations is diverse. In the less developed regions, the diversity of development adapt to non-balanced social, economic level of such areas. This paper, putting "rural professional diversity of the Economic Cooperation Organization" as the entry point for research, through the discuss of manifestations, causes of "diversity" ,we hope to analysis the basic laws of the coexistence of these organization, and provide the basis for selection and development countermeasures for these organization.According to the difference of the production factors, the professional Economic Cooperation Organization can be broadly divided into three organizational models, that is government-led organization, market-oriented organization, business-oriented organization, In the second chapter, we analysis the different organizational goals, organizational structures, compositions, operation mechanisms among different organizations, and the difference of organization functions, the diversity of achievement, In the third chapter, based on the study of three types of rural professional Economic Cooperation Organization in Yulin, Guangxi, we discuss the internal and external reasons of diversity, and discuss basic laws of the coexistence of diverse: The resource endowment and the combination of production factors determine the internal organizational performance; external environment's impact on organizational performance still can't be ignored.Finally, on the basis of study of the superiority and inferiority of these organizations, we recommend those people in the less-developed areas to choose a suitable organizational model according to the resource endowment of the areas, and we propose development proposals and measures for them. Especially, we suggest the government innovate management way, playing a leading role better.
