As industrialization, urbanization process accelerated and the deepening of rural reform, promoting the transformation of rural communities, developing the Economic Cooperation Organization, strengthen rural collective economy and increasing their income level, and gradually narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, have become an important strategic initiatives of co-ordination between urban and rural areas on the scientific concept of development. Currently, the majority of our existing economic cooperation organizations in the rural community property system, governance structure, operation mechanism, functions and other aspects of rural economic and social structures have become increasingly unsuited to the profound changes, and some even restrict severely affected the rural economy development, widening gap between urban and rural areas. Therefore, promoting the transformation of rural community economic cooperation organization, to further rural reform and development, to achieve coordinated development of urban and rural great significance.This study used literature study, comparative analysis, SWOT analysis and case analysis of a combination of empirical research methods, from the perspective of co-ordination Urban and rural areas. First, explained clearly the relationship between co-ordination Urban and rural area and transformation of rural community economic cooperation organization, clear that transformation of rural community economic cooperation organization is necessary and play an important role of co-ordination urban and rural areas. Second, through sort out the historical evolution of the rural community economic cooperation organizations, used the SWOT analysis, analysis comprehensively strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats of the rural community economic cooperation organization in Fujian Province. Third, study of path selection of the transformation of rural community economic cooperation organization in Fujian Province, and classification of empirical research-based case. Finally, on this basis, propose corresponding countermeasures.Research results:(1) Transformation of rural community economic cooperation organization, is not only the active exploration on rural collective economic effective forms under the new situation, but also a deepening of rural reform on the focus construction of new socialist countryside. It is a scientific concept of development on the coordinated development of urban and rural strategic requirements. It is conducive to narrowing the productivity difference between urban and rural, urban and rural areas is conducive to micro-economic system and operation mechanism of the integration will help improve the service functions of rural communities and rural public goods supply.(2) Rural community economic cooperation organization in Fujian Province, should be combined with their own actual situation, in the cooperative, joint-stock cooperative system, the corporate organization of these three alternative transition paths to find a balance between development and explore the steady development of a rural collective economic effective ways.(3) Promoting the transformation of rural community economic cooperation organization need to improve relevant laws and regulations, optimize the external policy environment; to promote the reform of property rights, improve the supporting regulatory measures; improve the organization and operation mechanism, strengthen the management of community assets; prominent feature of economic development, enhanced social services function; create a good environment for the development, cultivate a new sense of community.
