Study On Intensive Schemes Of Supply Chain Based On Life-Cycle Theory

The supply chain will play a more and more role in the 21st century. If the company can improve the efficiency and solve the motivation problem of supply chain, it will win the match of companies in the future. In this paper, we design the suitable type of supply chain and the incentive mechanism based on the Life-Cycle Theory.In this paper, firstly, discusses some relative theories about supply chain and supply chain cooperation; secondly, analyzes the characters of products in different periods of its life cycle and designs the suited supply chain; thirdly, discusses the incentive mechanism of supply chain for growth and maturity periods, thus, compares the sameness and the differences of the two schemes; finally, discusses the situation and problems of supply chain in our country's enterprises and puts forward some countermeasures for them.In this paper, it compares the incentive schemes of the growth and maturity periods, concludes that different supply chains are needed in each period, the supply chain implements relevant incentive schemes will advance its whole competitiveness.The most innovation of this paper is to apply the Life-Cycle Theory to devise the incentive mechanism of supply chain. We hope our research can supply effective help to maintain and develop the cooperation of supply chain enterprises in our country.
