Research On Risk Management Of Information System Project

This paper firstly summarizes and discusses the research background,significance and status at home and abroad of information system project risk management.In view of the risk related to demand change,design,schedule and personnel in the process of information system construction,this paper puts forward the research innovation points,the study scope and content comprehensively according to the project stages,lead to the main ideas for the information system project risk management research,and provide a foundation for the follow-up research.In the main content of this paper,the technical theory of information system project risk management is summarized,and the theoretical basis and definition of project risk management are discussed.By analyzing the characteristics of information system project risk management and applying risk management methods,the project stages are divided from the start-up stage,the implementation stage,the test stage and the end stage of QD cross-border e-commerce platform project,and the typical risk management models are studied and studied.A QD cross-border e-commerce platform project management process based on risk identification,risk analysis,risk monitoring and risk response is proposed.At the same time,brainstorming,expert evaluation,chart method,work structure decomposition method and checklist method are used to optimize risk response and control for QD cross-border e-commerce platform project.The risk management process was optimized.In this study,a practical case is used to verify the research contents of information system risk management.Combining with the risk management methods and tools of information system engineering,this paper comprehensively and accurately identifies and analyzes all kinds of risks existing in the whole life cycle of the project,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures against all kinds of risks,which provides a validation for the in-depth discussion of the application of risk management theory in the practice of information system projects,and effectively control the risk.
