Research On Information System Assistant Scheme Of JF Company International Trade Risk Management

The current international demand downturn,trade protectionism growth,external economic environment more severe,increasing uncertainty significantly,the international trade enterprises face higher trade risk.This requires international trading companies must be more proactive response to risk,rapid response,enhance the ability of risk management,in order to gain a firm foothold in international competition,to ensure sustainable development and profitability.Under the dual pressures of external market competition and internal development,enterprises need to improve the risk management tools to improve the efficiency of risk management.The progress of information technology has brought new vitality and solution to the risk management.The construction of information system can help to broaden the radius of risk management,reduce the cost of risk management,and simplify the difficulty of risk management.The information construction of risk management becomes an effective way to improve the efficiency of risk management.This thesis takes the typical enterprise JF of international trade as the research sample.Based on the theory of international trade risk management,especially the IS031000:2009 international risk management standards and "The Central Enterprise-wide Risk Management Guidelines"issued by SASAC,combined with the technical method of risk coping,to appraise and analyze the credit risk,exchange rate risk,price risk,futures risk,goods risk,policy risk,contract risk,operational risk and political risk faced by JF' s international trade business.Find the bottleneck of the current risk management,from the perspective of information systems to improve the efficiency of international trade risk management ideas and methods.Through the construction of information system,the risk management is embedded in the information system to combine with the business process,to solve the company's international trade business in the external complex environment risk management becomes more and more complicated problems.We will improve the risk management capability of international trade enterprises,through automatic information collection,intelligent event identification,automatic system monitoring,real-time risk warning,strengthen information and communication,whole process risk information record,improve the accuracy,timeliness and effectiveness of risk response.But also for other similar companies in the country to provide reference and suggestions to improve the international trade business risk management level.
