For the quantitative analysis, the paper will adjust variables of trade gravity model according to its objective,and will use statistic software of SPSS to give regression analysis to service trade data about China and America from 1999 to 2006 and about China and some other countries in 2006 to search for the relation between ICT and srevice trade.The paper wants to certify ICT is a crucial factor for economy and service trade development, so that government and relative organizations can put more importance on trade structure adjustment and ICT development.The results of the paper are:1. ICT development degree is proportionable obviously to both sides srevice trade amount.2. Ones ICT development degree affects more on exportation than importation;3.
