With the social development, service trade of inbound tourism in China has become an important part of all services trade, it almost accounts for from one third to a half. Tourism's momentum has become the strongest and largest one of all global industries. The tourism's industry status and economic role in the city's economic development have been gradually increasing. the role that driving force of social employment, promoting the cultural and environmental and boosting the economy of tourism becomes increasingly obvious. Tourism has become one of the pillars of China's economic development.Heilongjiang Province is an old industrial base in northeast, the development of inbound tourism of service trade is helpful to promote diversification of the economic development in Heilongjiang Province, to promote development of the foreign exchange revenue and trade service. Research the impact factors of inbound tourism in Heilongjiang Province has theoretical value and reference value for its tourism and economic policy.Firstly, this article systematically describe the current situation of service trade in Heilongjiang Province, analysis the factors that affect the demand for inbound tourism with relevant theory and literature, through the understanding of the basic gravity model to introduce new variables, reference to and make appropriate amendments on relevant gravity model to build the basic gravity model of inbound tourism of trade services in Heilongjiang Province. Secondly put the model into a series of tests, and then build concrete form and estimate model parameters. Through empirical testing, remove the interpretation variables which test results were not significant to build the final form of model, not until the remaining interpretation variables in the model all pass the test. Through research on these issues, we can identify the factors which affect inbound tourism of trade services in Heilongjiang by empirical methods, and in accordance with the results of final estimated parameters of the gravity model, obtained the manner and degree of effect of relevant interpretation variables, provide strong and reliable basis for the proposal. Proves rationality and effectiveness of gravity model by cointegration test. Finally, in accordance with the empirical results and relevant theoretical basis to put forward pertinent suggestions that how to promote the development of inbound tourism in Heilongjiang Province.
