Operation Development Of The Important Project In Telecom Operator In China

China telecommunication kept reforming in the last several years. Up to 2002, 6 telecom operating carriers, China Telecom, China Mobile, China Netcom, China Unicom, China Railway, China Satellite are established in China telecommunication market to offer telecommunication services and compete with each other. Their business scope covers basic telecommunication services, like international services, long distances services, local services, mobile services, data services, private line service, internet and IP related services. Each of those services is offered by at least two carriers. In such competitive and changing environment, fixed telecom carriers are facing significant challenges and opportunities in important project.My article is to study, analysis and evaluate one of the China fixed telecom carriers' reforming from several aspects. I will provide my comments and views by using the knowledge I learnt in strategy management and marketing.
