Research On Anxi Tea Industrialized Management

Tea industry is facing competition in markets at home and abroad. Tea industrialization is one organizing way of Tea production and management, witnessed at tea region of our country in recent years. It is an innovation of the system of tea industry management.Tea industrialized management is a new-type management organizing way, which is leaded by market, based on leading enterprises, combining with the small and large scale tea production bases. It forms a industrial chain and an interest community combining tea industry and commerce. It appeases the conflict between Small-scale Production and Large Market, and realizes the high-yield and high-efficiency of tea.Analyzing the theory of agriculture industrialization, this paper explains the connotation and characteristic of Tea industrialization. Based on the analysis of the present states of tea production in Anxi, this paper analyzes the strength, weakness, opportunity and challenge of the development and strategy choose of Anxi tea industrialization. Also, it expatiates some reference from cases of the tea industry development in four main tea producing country. Finally, it points out that should use zoology concept to design development new advantage; should advance the base construction by standardized strategy; should optimize the industry structure of tea garden; should standardize the control system of pesticide residue; should hand down and upgrade tea production technique, and build the relationship between technique and quality; should form tea group and prop up the leading enterprises; should make use of brand effect, develop sale channel, enlarge tea market share; make use of the rich tea culture to buck for a larger development space; build and perfect tea industry service system.
