Study On The Eco-tourism Comprehensive Evaluations And Exploitation In Taimushan Scenery District

The theories and the methods of ecology, ecotourism, ecological economics etc were adopted in this article. Based on the investigation of the eco-tourism resources and the environmental status in Taimushan scenery district, the tourism resources were classified and evaluated by both the qualitative and quantitative methods. The paper analysed the tourism disturbance to the vegetation, soil, economy and community detailedly. And the ecological security was evaluated by the P-S-R model. In addition, the characteristics of the tourists, the eeo-toursm environmental capacity and the recreational value were analyzed, finally, the function planning and the development measures were put forward. The main conclusions showed as follow:The qualitative and quantitative methods for evaluation—"three values", "three benefits" and "six conditions" assessment mode and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were adopted to estimate the eco-tourism resources of Taimushan scenery district, the results show that the quantity of the eco-tourism resources of Taimushan scenery district tends to be fine. Taimushan scenery district riches in natural and cultural tourism resouces, and more and more tourist are attracted by its beautiful scenery and excellent development conditions, the tourism market development has great potential.The results of the study on the tourism disturbance to the vegetation, soil, economy and community showed that: Sensitive level has inverse relation to landscape importance value and information index, landscape importance value and information index had declined by the disturbance intensity increases. Based on evaluating class of tourism influencing index, we know that the management is good and middle level on the whole nature reserve; Tourism disturbance makes the bulk density of soil increased, and the soil porosity descended And because infectant has not been cleaned up in time, the percentage of soil organic material, N, K increases obviously; Tourism brings both the positive and negative influence to the Taimushan's local economy and society, but the positive influence plays the leading role, the negative influence is secondary. The majority community affirmed that the eco-tourism brings the positive effect to the Taimushan scenery district, and displayed the formidable strength to eco-tourism exploitation. At the same time, the article aimed to introduce the application of the P-S-R model to the evaluation of the eco-environmental security of Taimushan scenery district. The authors have come up with a 4-level indicator system of Taimushan scenery district in accordance with the ecological security theory on the basis of the pressure-state-response model, which includes the eco-environment and the environment pressure, the state of the ecological environment and the human social response. According to the indicating system, the area's ecological security accounts for 0.7778, in other words, it is stil in a very safe state.The author investigated the characteristics of tourists by questionnaires. Integrated the factors such as economic level, distance etc, the geography centralized index and the tourist attraction radius were choosen to analyze detailedly the spatial structure of the tourists market, the results showed the tourists mainly made up of cadres, students and clerks, the average expenditure is low, and the overall literacy is't high; the geography centralized index was 55.91, and the tourist attraction radius were 154.894km, the domestic tourist market was centralized and its attraction radius is small, the tourists mainly concentrated in Fujian and Zhejiang Provinces, the tourist markets need further expansion.Comprehensive analyed from EEBC, REBC, PEBC and DEBC, the paper counted the tourism environment of bearing capacity by 2171760 person-times per year. And in 2006 the received tourists were 351000 persons-time, and only 16.2 percent to its annual tourism environment of bearing capacity. That indicated there was great development potential to Tailaoshan scenery district.This test assessed the value of travel recreation through TCM, figuring out the total value to be RMB 32. 5691 million yuan. By far, the tourism revenue are far less than this numble, the capital return is very low.Base on the analysis of the tourists' characteristic, tourism environment of bearing capacity and the recreational value, the paper demonstrates the exploitative feasibility by the SWOT analysis, and figuring out the strength, the weakness, the opportunities and the threats of the eco-tourism exploitation in Taimushan scenery district.Finally, the paper carried through the ecological functional regionalization, the Taimushan scenery district is divided into the sightseeing area, the vacation area, the scientific education area, the service area and the administration area, and the article brought forward the proposal and the measure about the eco-tourism resources exploiture of Taimushan scenery district.
