Study On The Construction And Development Of Rural Informationization In Fujian Province

Rural informationization is the important espect in overall national economy and social informationization, it is using the medial techniques to equip relative fields in rural areas in order to exploit the information resources completely in rural areas, speed up the processures of rural economic development and social progress, and make agricultural society steping into informational society. Fujian is an opening province in coastal area of our country. The construction and development of rural informationization are concerned with the processes of economic construction and social development in Fujian. The study on the construction and development of rural informationization in Fujian is meaningful in theory and practice.This paper analyzes rural informationization from its meaning and contents, characteristic and importance, and then analyzes the policy background of rural informationizaton in our country. Combining the current situation and developing tendency of rural informationization at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the current situation of rural informationization in China, and tries to describ the developing goal and its principle of rural informationization in our country. The construction of rural informationization in Fujian deponds upon the fruits, experiences and material accumulation in recent years in agriculture, and plans "the eight engineers on the construction of rural informationization in Fujian province" as the goal of agricultural development, rural improvement and farmers increasing receive. The government increases fiscal input, builds up information platform and constructs people training bases. Now the running and managing mechanism of rural information sevice has been built up with the government main directing, enterprises taking part in and marketable running. The basic construction of rural information possesses initial scale and the bility of net covering increases greatly. At the same time, Fujian province also builds up the indicator evaluational system and mathematical model which can describe the developing levels of rural informationization more scientifically and sutability, and then by using this evaluational model people can measure quantitatively the developing degrees of rural informationization in our country and various provinces, and carry out the ranks with the results and give out total indicator diffences for developing degree of rural informationization in various provinces. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of rural informationization in Fujian and provides related solving plan. It analyzes the net system modle of agricultural information and the sutablity of net skeleton. The results of this study provide certain meanings for practice direction on the construction and development of agricultural information in Fujian province.
