The Evaluation Study On Independent Innovation Ability Of Mechanism Industry In AnHui Province

Machinery Industry refers to the processing industry that are using machine and machinery system to do the production activities which take the metallic raw material as the work object, and change its morphology and properties. machinery industry provide plenty of equipment for every industry of national economy,key building project and national defense industrial construction, and also provide many equipments for improving people's living standard .Recently, machinery industry in AnHui province have kept quick improvement, in 2006, in the whole machinery industry of the province, the 1240 enterprise over scale already totally completed gross industrial output value about 117.7 billion, more than the previous year over 40.7%, above the 10.7% of the national machinery industry. Although the technical level of AnHui machinery industry made great progress, but compare to developed province still have the phased gap, except the difference of organization,mechanism and commercial, the main reason is the weakness of independent innovation ability。In this paper , we make a summary on theory reviews at first, and describe predecessor's research. Put forward on the research present situation of independent innovation and independent innovation ability, Then, we show the classification of Machinery Industry, and analyzed the characteristics of industry in China, based on the construction principle of the index system, we construct a index system, and weight it by combined methods. At the end, through evaluation method, we evaluate on independent innovation ability of mechanism industry in AnHui province, according to the evaluation result, we give some suggestions on independent innovation ability of mechanism industry in AnHui province, hope to give some reference of the later researchers.
