Research Of Ecological Reconstruction Of Sector-integrate Industrial Parks

Nowadays, sustainable development has been a pattern that many countries are pursuing. At present, there are a lot of high&new-tech development zones in our country which are under the extensive mode, the contradiction among rapid growing economy,resource using and environmental protection is generally outstanding. In order to coordinate the social and economic development, ecological and environmental protection, we must turn them into sector-integrate eco-industrial parks(EIPs) by ecological reconstruction as soon as possible. Thus a comprehensive research on the ecological reconstruction of sector-integrate industrial parks have some practical significance as a guide.This paper reviews the current domestic and international research and development of eco-industrial parks, discusses the basic theories of the ecological reconstruction. And then on the basis of these theories, discusses the technology programmes of the ecological reconstruction, from the park level, industry level and enterprise level, to achieve the sustainable development of industrial parks. The specific contents of the ecological reconstruction in sector-integrate EIPs can be divided into eco-industrial recycling, ecological landscape planning and ecological society recycling.Then applies these theories to Wujin high&new-tech industrial zone in Changzhou City, studies how to reconstruct the ecological industry, ecological landscape and ecological social cultural in this district. Established the park's ecological network and linked all sectors of the industrial chain, proposed major initiatives of the ecological landscape planning eco-social culture construction, and government organizations of the safeguard measures. This is of practical significance not only for the promotion of local regional economic, social and environmental sustainable development, but also providing demonstrations for other parts of the eco-industrial parks, which has certain significance.
