Circulation Economic Evaluation Research Of Ecological Industrial Park

Developing circular economy and constructing ecological industrial park is the effective way to transform the current economic growth mode and realize sustainable development. At present, all over the country is heavily in the construction of ecological industrial park. However, due to the deficiency of matched circular economy evaluation system, some local governments blindly follow suit and the construction of ecological industrial park exists only in name. In this background, this article conducts a study on the construction of circular economy evaluation system of the ecological industrial park and also makes an empirical analysis.First of all, for the ecological industrial park and circulation economy, this article combs out their definition, the related theoretical basis and the general research situation of home and abroad. Combining previous in the research of evaluation index, based on the principles of index design and after a series of index screening methods, this article constructs evaluation index system of circular economy form four aspects including the economic, social life, environmental protection, industrial production and management.Secondly, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) determines the index weights of evaluation system, and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method conducts multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, at this point, the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed. Finally, take GuYe south industrial park as an example, using the constructed evaluation system to evaluate the circular economy development level of the park. After analyzing the the specific results, this article puts forward some suggestions for the construction of ecological industrial park.
