Study On The Methodology For Carbon Sequestration Of CDM-AR Project Of ZheJiang Province

the methodology of carbon sequestration program is an important premise of putting into practice. this paper investigates many data about cities of Zhejiang province, and combines with site investigation, studying on several mainly trees and baseline of forestation and afforestation, and compares to carbon density of several trees. It can be establish a basis on carbon sequestration's development of Zhejiang province.This paper collected many data by site investigation, and measured the carbon contents by potassium permanganate-oil of vitriol oxidation, utilized site quantified model, quantitative thinning technology, yield models and biomass models, and established a methodology for monitoring Pinus massoniana,Cunninghamia lanceolata and Pinus taeda ,measured the carbon's content of nuit cubage, figured out the baseline's models, established the methodology of baseline; compared with the carbon's rate among different kinds of trees, concluded three kinds: conifer,hardly broad-leaved,softly broad-leaved. Analyzed the superfluity,leakage,no permanence and so on, researched the potential's of carbon of Zhejiang province.CDM-AR program accorded with china's entironment building and protectionism policy. Although at present there are many questions about it, and in Zhejiang province has advantaged political,economic policy and natural resource, if can be designed logically and carry on it carefully, it in not only brings in money for us ,but also introduces into advanced technique, accelerate the forest industry of Zhejiang province.
