Research On Technology Transfer Mode In China

Scientific research & production federation is the new mode of technology transfer in China. It consists of scientific research institution and enterprises, and integrates science, technology and production for the common destination, completing the whole course of theoretical exploration, new technology R&D, and product application. As a modality of deepened technology market, it forms a reasonable matched technology development system by organic row between each links, and has the strong capacity of comprehensive research and manufacturing. In this sense, it is inevitably the trend for technology market developing.In this article, a summary of research achievements on technology transfer by experts were put forward. To raise the new mode of technology transfer in China, building scientific research & production federation, an analysis on several common technology transfer mode as well as technology transfer history and the present situation in China were shown. The federation, integrating the R&D superiority of scientific research institutions and the trade superiority of enterprises, is the paragon combining production, study and research, which takes enterprise innovation as the principal part. This thesis expounded the main function of the new mode in detail, the operating mechanisms is studied in terms of the case on the federation of high-tech feed enterprises named "seven add one". Through the concrete tranfer process of technology, it can make such a conclusion, that is, by reducing so many intermediate links,the federation can effectively accelerate the technology transfer and promote the combination of production, study and research, also express a technology transfer function of high-end radiation. In the end, this essay gives some policy advice to promote the technology transfer in China.
