Changzhou Research Technology Transfer FY Pharmaceutical Companies

Technology transfer means turning the scientific and technological achievements to practical productivity and is the fundamental way to achieve its economic value. Technology transfer is a significant method of accelerating the progress of science and technology; enhancing the economic strength and raising the international competitiveness of a region or a country. At present, the biomedical industry is booming and developing rapidly. In the future it will be a high-tech pillar industry of impacting on the human and the society deeply and changing the economic structure of the society. Now, the developed countries and multinational companies maintain the dominant position of the biopharmaceutical research input, own most of the technological achievements. Chinese biopharmaceutical companies, including enterprises of Changzhou which locate in the forefront of Jiangsu Province, are still weaker capability of technological innovation. So, in order to achieve technological innovation for Changzhou bio-pharmaceutical companies, it’s an important to accelerate the transformation of technological achievements and to carry out domestic and international technological transfer.In this paper, on the basis of qualitative analysis. Combined with the knowledge of management, economics and other disciplines, with a combination of research methods of theoretical studies, comparative studies and System Theory, we discuss the establishment of the technology transfer model for Changzhou FY pharmaceutical company, and analyze the effect of the implementation. The first chapter, we summarize and analyze the condition of bio-pharmaceutical Technology Transfer at home and abroad, propose the basic idea and the main content and make clear the research methods and the technical route of this study. The second chapter, in order to provide the basic theory of this design, we give a detailed analysis of the theory and the concept of technology transfer and technology transfer mode. The third chapter, by introducing the biomedical industry situation and the biomedical technology transfer environment of Changzhou, we analyze the condition of the existing technology innovation and technology transfer mode of FY company. The fourth chapter, we put forward the shortcomings of the current model and analyze influencing factors on the technology transfer, and then combining advanced biomedical technology transfer mode. The fifth chapter, Through the analysis of standards and influencing factors of new transfer mode, we determine a new mode, put forward the construction and improvement of the key elements and analyze the effect of the implementation about this new mode. At last, Based on the previous analysis and research, we make a conclusion of this paper, point out the omission in this study and make some relevant outlook.
