Study On The Cost Management In The Second Expansion Project Of Power Plant Of Tieling

In the engineering and construction field, implementation of project management is of great importance to improvement of engineering quality, assurance of time limit for project and cost saving. The application of scientific management in construction engineering cost control of management is very important, therefore in application of modern management theory and method to construction engineering cost management and ensure that project objects are carried out with most reasonable costs.Through theory associated with practice, made a demonstration study on the specific implementation scheme of cost management in the second expansion project of power plant of Tieling. Choosing project management theory and method, technical and economic analysis method, value engineering method, project and cost deviation analysis method, analyzed are key links in engineering construction, developed cost structure of project, management process, the cost control of major part and dynamic cost management. Propose the viewpoint put forward that whole process cost management should be strengthened.
