| The parties of the power transmission project involved in the construction are inevitably confronted with all kinds of risks because of its large investment, time-consumption, difficulties in construction, the characteristics of many participants, as well as unforeseen factors in the process of construction, which may affect the smooth progress of the project, or even lead to serious consequences without proper preventive measures.On the basis of the analysis of its risk, this paper attempts to make a thorough research on risk management of the power transmission project by the case study of "Qinyang 220-kilovolt power transmission project" conducted by a company. Based on the risk management identification of the power transmission project, the author sets up an evaluation model of risk management, puts forward with measures to prevent and control its risk management, and limits the risk of the project in construction to some extent with the purpose of reducing investment risk and improving returns on investment, to ensure that the power transmission project will complete smoothly. The author's research enriches the theories of risk management and control in the power transmission project, which will play a positive role in guiding the national power company's power transmission projects, especially 220-kilovolt power transmission project. |
