Studying Of Operational Risk Management For YH Power Plants

With the unceasing deepening of the power industrial reform of our country, in the sphere of nation-wide the generating sets will generate electricity for the net by price-competition. Under the electric power market environment, the power plant enterprises are facing more and more competitions, the risk factors are increasing. So there is huge revenue and loss risk. This article first introduces the meanings, procedure and basic research technique of risk and risk management, and the characteristic of power plant risk. Then the author makes an exhaustive study on two relatively important risks in YH power plant 's operating, fuel risk and the risk of human resource.Among analyzed the probability and the influence for management level of risk factors, this article builds an risk management assessment model on fuzzy mathematics integrated method to solve the problem of YH power plant 's risk management assessment.Finally the article put forward the solutions to solve the problems.
