In the 21 century,with the development of society economic,science and technology,the domain of landscape has been enlarged and its function is also becoming abundant.Landscape has been a necessary party of people's life.Especially,the industry of landscape design is developing rapidly after our country's joining the WTO.This thesis takes ShenYang FengJing Landscape Architecture Company Ltd which were set up by the author as the object of study.It starts from analyzing outside environment and analyses what economic environment and what strategic condition the enterprise is in,industry competition environment and market demand system atically with business strategy and relative management acknowledge.On the base of fundamental condition analysis,it analyses the development strategy of the enterprise and defines the general strategy of the enterprise development and relative function strategy.Finally it puts forward the implemented ways and control measures.About the research methods,using Porter's SWOT analysis method, Value Chain method,and the classic VRIO analysis method frame, FengJing Landscape Architecture Company Ltd's fundamental condition and outside environment are analyzed.It puts forward the integration strategy that the main is landscape's design and construction, alliance strategy and relative function strategy.
