Enhancing the green area and building landscape city had been an inevitable trend of city development. The market of China city landscape construction is expanding with a continuous and fast speed. From now on, as an essential corollary industry, landscape industry will have a promising future.This thesis takes Dong Cheng Landscape Architecture Company Ltd. of Shan Dong province, which was set up by the author as the object of study. It starts from analyzing outside environment and analyses what economic environment and what strategic condition the enterprise is in, industry competition environment and market demand systematically with business strategy and relative management acknowledge. On the base of fundamental condition analysis, it analyses the development strategy of the enterprise and defines the general strategy of the enterprise development and relative function strategy. Finally it puts forward the implemented ways and control measures.About the research methods, using PEST analysis method, Porter's SWOT analysis method, External Factor Evaluation matrix analysis method and Internal Factor Evaluation matrix analysis method, the fundamental condition and the outside environment of Dong Cheng Landscape Architecture Company Ltd. are analyzed.
